Ajit Singh
CEO, Principal
Ajit thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. At Tech360, he directs sales planning and operational strategy, always with one eye on growth and the other on efficiency. Over the years, he’s developed a knack for spotting opportunities, simplifying processes, and building systems that scale without breaking. His career has been shaped by leadership roles in IT services and staffing, where he learned the value of combining sharp business models with flawless execution. Colleagues know him as someone who doesn’t just set targets but creates the structures to consistently hit them.
At Tech360, Ajit focuses on creating operational frameworks that keep client satisfaction front and center while making the business stronger, leaner, and smarter. For him, growth isn’t just about numbers on a chart; it’s about building sustainable practices that deliver real value to clients and teams alike.
Pete Thompsen
Director IT Architecture, Principal
Pete Thompsen has been a senior IT consultant and architect in the Managed Services world for the past 15 years, supporting the widest range of clients across a majority of verticals including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, legal and real estate. Pete’s technology skills include system, network, and security expertise, and has ensured that client’s business and technology goals are aligned while providing for their future vision. Outside of work, Pete enjoys time with his family and friends. He also enjoys keeping his personal skills up to date with his home lab that serves as a testbed and equals the complexity of a mid-sized firm.
Steve Moisoff
Director of Business Development, Principal
Steve Moisoff has worked in Managed Services for over 25 years since helping to initiate the concept in 2001 at CNS on Long Island, where one of the first Network & Security Operation Center’s supported over 200,000 nodes and several hundred nationwide clients. Since that time Steve has led Managed Services in a number of technology firms, and spent several years serving on the board of the Managed Service Provider Alliance where he worked helped set the industry standards, worked with MS vendors, and consulted and trained hundreds of Managed Service Providers looking for guidance in their practices. With a Master’s in Social Work, Steve has devoted much of his spare time indirectly assisting over 4,000 families to adopt children domestically and internationally.
Ashwani Sharma
Sr. Associate Vice President, Sales
Ashwani Sharma is a seasoned business leader with nearly two decades of experience in Sales, Marketing, and International Business Development. He has successfully driven growth across SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Product Development and Software Testing services, with a proven record in global markets. His leadership spans across managing high-performing teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving digital transformation initiatives. At Tech 360, he spearheads Business Development initiatives, guiding teams, creating opportunities, and building lasting client partnerships that fuel digital transformation and business success.
Paritosh Sinha
Associate Vice President, Sales
Paritosh brings over 10 years of experience in business development and IT consulting, helping organizations streamline technology and unlock growth. He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and also holds a PGDM in Marketing & Sales from IILM., adding a strong academic edge to his practical expertise. To complement this, he has earned certifications from AWS, Alation, and Semrush, showcasing his depth in cloud technologies, data intelligence, and digital strategy. Paritosh has worked with startups, SMBs, and enterprises across global markets, focusing on IT consulting, managed services, and digital transformation. His client-first approach is built on understanding unique challenges, designing practical solutions, and delivering measurable impact.
